Wholesale Approval & FBA
1. Overview
Our Wholesale Approval Program allows qualified sellers to resell products on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
We support new and established sellers who want to build or expand their online business using our authorized products.
2. E-commerce Selling Permission
Once approved, sellers are allowed to list and sell our products on platforms such as Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
All listings must comply with platform rules and our brand guidelines.
3. Amazon Approval & Document Support
For Amazon sellers, we provide official wholesale documentation required for listing and ungating purposes, including:
- Paid Commercial Invoice
- Letter of Authorization (LOA)
- Brand Support / Authorization Documents
These documents are commonly accepted by Amazon for seller approval and category ungating (subject to Amazon’s internal review process).
4. Brand Registry & Account Setup Support
If required, we also support sellers during brand registry or listing setup processes.
After purchase confirmation, buyers can provide:
- Amazon Merchant ID
- Amazon Store Link
Our team reviews the account and provides necessary product support and documentation to assist in smooth onboarding and listing approval.
5. Approval Process (Step-by-Step)
- Seller submits product interest or SKU list
- Our team reviews eligibility and requirements
- Proforma Invoice is issued for wholesale order
- Buyer completes payment and confirms order
- Official documents (invoice, LOA, support files) are issued
- Seller proceeds with Amazon or e-commerce listing
- Optional onboarding support is provided if needed
6. Partner Program (Approved Sellers List)
Approved wholesale partners may be added to our preferred seller network based on performance and compliance.
This may include priority support, product access, and long-term business collaboration opportunities.
7. Important Notes
- Approval is required before reselling authorization is granted
- Amazon and other platforms make final listing decisions
- Compliance with platform and brand rules is mandatory
- Misuse of documents or unauthorized selling may result in termination of approval
